The cool couple from Nicasio that traded me that amazing Fir slab got this in return. Sits low and is made with left over off cut Redwood slab, can be used for a number of purposes. They just chose to use it as a prayer table.
Recycled Redwood Set. Friends out in Mendocino tore down their deck to add an addition on to their home. Guess who got the old Deck?? This Redwood was originally milled off that land.
The wood came from a nice couple out in Nicasio. They have a bunch of wood that was milled four years ago from fallen Fir Trees. A natural edge finishes this piece. It is however very very heavy.
The Cutting Board- It has great details such as copper tubing for shelving. The top is made with left over cut off pieces of maple and walnut. Exposed copper nails go well with the shelving. A raw edged walnut border finishes off the piece.
